The truffle, emphasized Ezio Pinzan, the county head of agriculture, is a promoter of the eno-gastronomic offer in the county. He thanked the Istrian Truffle Growers&#8217; Association, which, with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Istrian County, initiated the process of protecting the geographical indication of the Istrian white truffle.
