This second round of the survey questionnaire (hereinafter referred to as the survey) contains only 20 questions and is completely anonymous. Upon completion of the survey process, your answers will be used in the preparation of the specification for the Istrian White Truffle as part of the process for protecting its designation of geographical origin.
